International Women's Day is a powerful reminder of women's vital role in driving positive change and fostering inclusive communities. From grassroots initiatives to global movements, women-led social enterprises are transforming lives, breaking barriers, and redefining what it means to create meaningful change. As we commemorate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women across the nation, we are reminded of the countless stories of empowerment embedded into the fabric of our society. At QSEC, we are privileged to represent a sector with 49.7% female-founded businesses, and we do that with the support of a Board that has a make-up of 62.5% female Board Directors. There is still a way to go, with the gender pay gap in Australia sitting at 12%, but together, we are making progress toward a more equitable future. To all the women out there forging the path, congratulations on all you have achieved, and we stand with you for all there is left to do. #iwd2024 #countherin #investinher
